I've used Freshology for the past 3 years to get back in shape for summer and drop the 15 I add on during the school year. It's also a great way to start the school year after a summer of food fun! Freshology's fresh meal program works like a charm! The food is really good and fresh, and my favorite clothes fit me best when I finish the program. I highly recommend it to all my friends.

I must say, I am continuously impressed with the eclectic variety and gourmet quality of the meals. It does NOT taste like diet food! That is what sets this product apart from anything else I've ever tried or heard about. One day for dinner I will get a delicious, salmon fillet with a side of couscous, the next I will find the most beautiful shrimp salad topped with mango! Not to mention the desserts are unbelievable! I still cannot wrap my mind around the fact that the desserts are calorie-controlled. None of my meals are filled with preservatives or have any additives or fillers, etc... That is something very important to me.

The food is always fresh and delivered on time. If I didn't know it was diet food I'd think it was gourmet food. Filet mignon, duck, rack of lamb, sea bass, salmon, short ribs. Chinese, Japanese, Thai, delicious salads, soups, desserts (yes desserts!) and vegetables and incredible variety at that. I feel I have sacrificed nothing. When I go out I bring my containers with me. Even to a restaurant when others eat off the menu. The containers are washable and are sturdier than Tupperware and reusable. As an International Telecom Executive, I was accustomed to fine dining and was always trying to emulate the same sort of delicious and healthy foods I ate in restaurants for my family at home once I became a stay at home mom. I absolutely loved the blueberry and bourbon sauce on tonight's filet mignon, and the gazpacho a few days ago was just wonderful-the prefect refreshing meal on a hot summer day. Every morning, it's like going out to see what Santa brought us. It's never disappointing. How are you doing that?

I am a single career woman who works in the entertainment industry. Translation - long hours, kitchen filled with "goodies," and lots of Starbucks runs. Result - Weight gain!!! She signs up, raves about the food, and me and my extra 10 lbs are right behind her. I sign up for one month initially (another followed after), receive a gift at my door every night (fun fun fun), and enjoy some very innovative dishes. Granted, I am a bit of a challenge being a vegetarian, but Fresh Dining steps up to the plate and hits a home run.
The salads are flavorful and fresh, the dinners introduce me to veggies that I never thought to prepare, and the desserts - yummy vegan cookies, chocolate angel cake, and pistachio fudge brownies. Oh, and let's talk about how to really start your day - lemon ginger crepes, banana rum French toast, smoked salmon scramble... I can go on and on being a breakfast girl and all, but let's get to the heart of the story... Belts were being dug out of the closet because this girl lost a total of 13 1/2 lbs. I have been a Fresh Dining customer for almost two months and I highly recommend it, even going so far as to say it is the most perfect, most final solution to weight loss anywhere. There is nothing more convenient than having food delivered daily to your door, and among daily home delivery services that I have tried, the food and service of Fresh Dining is head and shoulders above the others. From the quality of the ingredients to the luxury accents of the freshly cut flowers and high quality accouterment's, you feel taken care of in a way no other food plan has.
In eating Fresh Dining food exclusively for two weeks, I lost 15 pounds. During the first week, it was uncommon for me to be hungry. After the first week, not only was I never hungry, but I began leaving food and fretting about being wasteful - I simply wasn't hungry enough to eat all that I was given, and trust me: I am a very large man with a normally very large appetite. The service is more personalized than any other food plan, and the food is incomparable to the other daily food delivery services which I have tried. I am totally excited about your diet program and I want you to know it's the best! After giving birth to my 11 pound son 14 years ago, I've been shamefully hanging onto an extra 30 pounds of fat. You might be interested to know that I had my lipid study recently and while the HDL's and LDLS have always been good as well as total cholesterol, I hit an all time record: Total Cholesterol 120, HDL's 70 and LDLS 40. I can only attribute that to your meals.

One of the best things that happened to us in 2005 was discovering Fresh Dining!
Since we work late hours, coming home at 8pm, after shopping for food and cooking and then doing dishes, it's 10pm and then we are ready for bed. Not much left of the evening for relaxation. Further, the gourmet food is truly gourmet, better than most upscale restaurant at which we dine. Breakfast in a flash, lunch in our corporate dining room saves time and money.
