What to Expect During the Sign Up Progress
- The ZIP code where you'll be receiving the deliveries is required before you begin the
order process since the local tax and delivery fees may vary.
- Provide your food preference and allergies. Note that we are NOT able to accommodate
peanut allergy at this time.
- Physical information such as gender, height, weight, birthday and exercise routine
may be required. Please provide them as accurately as possible in order for us to personalize
your program and help you reach your goals.
- We invite you to take a very short demographic and prospective service survey. This is not required,
but Freshology greatly appreciates your input. This information is for internal Freshology use only and will not
be sold to third parties.
- Indicate where you learned about Freshology. Some credits may be applicable to you or the source of the referral.
- Your billing and delivery information. Please specify delivery instructions to help us make the accurate deliveries.
