Exercises to Trim & Tone the trouble spots

Abdominal V-up This is a full body Abdominal exercise that uses the entire body and recruits the fast twtich fibers of the core. Do 10-25reps and 2-3 sets of this exercise to help you tone your core & blast away the belly fat.
Skate This is a great total body toner that will help blast the fat off of the butt, thighs, abs & arms. This exercise can be done on it’s own during your leg workout or as a part of a total body circuit. Repeat this movement for 30-60seconds and 3-5 reps and you will definintely see & feel the difference. You will understand why skaters have such great legs!
Tricep Kickbacks with Leg Lift This excellent move combines the upper and lower body so you will keep your heart rate up burning calories as you tone the back of the arms, abs and buttocks. Do 15-25reps of this exercises and 3 sets.
