When thinking about healthy living, many assume that it means a life of deprivation, hardship and struggle. While making positive changes can be a challenge, I can promise you that whatever pleasure you may give up from habits like overeating will be replaced many times over by the wonderful benefits of vibrant living and personal transformation.

-pay attention in eating to the point of satisfaction rather than discomfort
-get adequate rest and sleep your way to great health
