Vietnamese Rice Noodle Salad:
a simple, easy recipe
Serving size: 3 oz of salad
Mix and Serve the Following Ingredients:
- 1/4 oz Cooked Rice Noodles
- 1/4 z. Carrots Shredded
- 1/4 oz Chopped Green Onions
- 1/2 oz Bean Sprouts
- Rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp of Ponzu Sauce
- 1/4 tsp of Thai Basil
- Mint to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- 1/2oz. Sliced Mango
- 1/4 oz. Shitake Mushrooms (cooked and cooled)
- 1/2 oz sliced Red and Yellow Bell Peppers
Toss In A Medium Size Bowl & Enjoy!
