Vietnamese Rice Noodle Salad With Fresh Mint, Mango, Thai Basil And Cilantro

Vietnamese Rice Noodle Salad:
a simple, easy recipe

Serving size: 3 oz of salad

Mix and Serve the Following Ingredients:

  • 1/4 oz Cooked Rice Noodles
  • 1/4 z. Carrots Shredded
  • 1/4 oz Chopped Green Onions
  • 1/2 oz Bean Sprouts
  • Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of Ponzu Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp of Thai Basil
  • Mint to taste
  • Cilantro to taste
  • 1/2oz. Sliced Mango
  • 1/4 oz.¬†Shitake Mushrooms (cooked and cooled)
  • 1/2 oz¬† sliced Red and Yellow Bell Peppers

Toss In A Medium Size Bowl & Enjoy!
