Designed for our clients with busy lifestyles who may not require a full 5 meals a day. You can now order as little as one meal per day, or as many as you would like for your entire family.
All Healthy LIFESTYLE meals are prepared with great variety of vegetables, fresh fruits, fiber-rich grains and lean proteins carefully selected by our nutritionists and chefs.
Freshology delivers the meals you order to your door daily. Each meal is beautifully presented in its individual microwavable container. All you have to do is heat up the meal(s) and enjoy a healthy and delicious meal without shopping and cooking!
FRESHOLOGY DAILY DELIVERY SYSTEMHOW IT WORKS & WHAT TO EXPECT?
As a Freshology client, you will find a stylish black energy efficient cooler bag every morning at your doorstep by 6 am. It will arrive with a safety seal to ensure the meals have not been tampered with after its delivery.
WHAT'S IN YOUR BAG?
All of your meals including breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and dessert depending on the program you choose. You will not need to supplement with any additional snacks or produce during the day.
A menu with the description of the meals, simple heating instructions and directions if the meal should be served chilled or heated. Any substitutions will be noted on labels placed on the side of your individual meal containers.
Gel packs are included to keep the cooler at a regulated temperature until you are able to refrigerate the contents or pick it up on your way out the door.
Your meals are packaged in fully biodegradable containers that can be heated in both the oven and microwave for your convenience- whether at home, in the office or on the go. No other delivery program provides this service.
At the end of the day, just leave your empty bag, including gel packs, outside of your door to be picked up when your new fresh delivery arrives.

Meals and Storage
We recommend refrigerating all your meals immediately upon delivery.
Please choose a location for drop-off that has adequate shade to avoid direct sunlight until you are able to refrigerate your meals.

Ordering Information
Decide how many meals you will need per day. For example, if Ms. Smith wants to order lunch and dinner for herself and her husband (no snack and no dessert), her order will include 4 meals.
The service charge per day would be: $25.95 (1st meal) + $12.00 (2nd meal) + $10 (3rd meal) + $8 (4th meal) = $55.95/day.
There is a $10 bag charge for orders over 5 meals a day.

Determine how many days you’ll need and your preferred delivery schedule. You can purchase meals for many days via a single transaction and have it delivered at your preferred schedule. For example, the Smiths want to order 20 days of meals and have them delivered on weekdays only. That means that the Smiths will receive meals on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for 4 weeks.

Some physical information may be required such as birthday, weight, height, etc. Our representative will set up your plan and help you pick a start date.
