We think the best parts of family life take place around the dining room table. But with today's often overcommitted families, getting together to eat a meal doesn't happen as often as it used to. But WholeFamily makes it easier. No need to worry about getting breakfast or dinner on the table in time - the meals are delivered. The one thing we can't do is get everyone seated at the table.. that part is still up to you.
Customize
We know that families - kids especially - can be picky eaters. WholeFamily offers a customized program with your personal protein preferences in mind. We'll do our best to strike a balance between introducing new tastes and providing delicious, healthy versions of the dishes your family already loves.
Pause Program
Your family vacation is no obstacle to your WholeFamily plan. Just let us know within 3 business days prior to your delivery when you'll be out of town and we'll suspend delivery until you get back.
Family
We understand that the primary focus for most familis is less about weight loss and more about developing good habits to provide a lifetime of healthy eating. Like all of our programs, our WholeFamily meals are calorie-controlled and nutritionally balanced and arrive to your home in family style meal containers.
Your daily cooler will have all of your meals including breakfast, dinner, side salad and dessert. You will not need to supplement with any additional snacks or produce during the day.
Menu
A menu with the description of the meals, simple heating instructions and directions if the meal should be served chilled or heated is located in the window compartment of your cooler. Any substitutions will be noted on labels placed on the side of your individual meal containers.
Ice Pack
Ice packs are included to keep the cooler at a regulated temperature until you are able to refrigerate the contents or pick it up on your way out the door.
Green Containers
Your meals are packaged in green, recyclable containers that can be heated in the microwave for your convenience whether at home, in the office or on the go. No other delivery program provides this service.
At the end of the day, just leave your empty bag, including ice packs, outside of your door to be picked up when your new fresh delivery arrives.

Are you able to accommodate my allergies on this plan? What if I don't like a certain ingredient? Do you offer Vegetarian meals? Do you offer Vegan meals?
We are able to accommodate Shellfish allergies and protein dislikes on the FreshLite plan. This includes Red Meat (Beef, Pork, Lamb, Veal), Poultry (Chicken, Turkey, Duck), Fish (we serve a variety of fish), Shellfish (Shrimp, Crab, Clam, Scallops, Mussels, Lobster), and Vegetarian proteins (Tofu, Soy Meat, TVP, Veggie Burgers).
We work with 3 types of protein - Meat (Red Meat & Poultry), Seafood (Fish & Shellfish), and Vegetarian proteins (Tofu, Soy Meat, TVP, Veggie Burgers). We are able to take you completely out of one type of protein, but ask that you leave the other two types of proteins available for optimal variety on your plan.
We are able to accommodate a Pescetarian diet on this plan (no meat/ seafood and vegetarian proteins okay), but we are not able to accommodate a full Vegetarian or Vegan menu on FreshLite.
What type of menu will I receive? What do you mean by “Classic” menu?
WholeFamily meals are based on the same menu as our FreshLite plan. FreshLite offers a classic menu that is on a 28 day menu rotation. This means that, over 28 days of meals, you will see limited repetition (varies based on your individual dislikes and allergies). The menu is similar to your favorite corner bistro.
Can I stop days if I need to travel? What if I'm going out to dinner - can I stop individual meals?
You are welcome to stop individual days of meals on your plan, or suspend your plan for an extended period of time. We just require at least 3 business days' notice to make these changes. With the proper notice, these days would then extend out the end of your current plan.
If you are not able to provide the required 3 business days' notice, we can pull your meals from delivery but they would not extend out to the end of your plan.
We are not able to stop individual meals, only full days of meals.
As this is a combined household plan, we are not able to stop meals for only one member of the household. Any delivery stops would be for all of the meals delivered that day.
You are welcome to set your schedule as best works for you. Any plan that you choose is that many individual days of meals and delivery does not have to be consecutive. Just let your Freshology representative know what works best for you, or choose your schedule while placing your online order.
I just want to try the plan. Do you auto-renew my plan?
We do not auto-renew any of our clients, unless they specifically request this service. We will contact you via phone, email, and notes in your bag, 5 to 7 days from the end of your plan. You can then let us know if you would like to renew or end your plan. We will not charge your card without your request.

How many calories does each meal contain?
Daily calories range from 1150-1400 calories for women and 1700-2000 calories for men.
What is the average weight loss?
You will begin to see results in a few weeks of eating fresh gourmet meals. Although client results may vary, most people lose 1-3 lbs. per week thereafter.
How do I heat the food?
With our Go Green containers, you can heat your meals in the microwave oven. We recommend that you remove the food and place it on a plate before microwaving it. We recommend heating your breakfast (after removing any fruit or sauce containers) for 1-2 minutes, lunch (after removing any sauce containers) for 1-2 minutes and dinner (after removing any sauce containers) for 2-3 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave. If you don't have the time or convenience to do so, then you can remove the seal from the microwavable container and heat for 2-3 minutes.
What if I am allergic to or dislike a particular food?
If you have a shellfish allergy, or dislike certain proteins (poultry, red meat, seafood), your Freshology consultant will design and personalize your program to your preferences. Please be sure to take the opportunity to let us know what your needs are, so that we may design a program that works best for your nutritional needs.
What should I drink?
Water, water, water! You should drink at least eight glasses of water a day even if you are not on a Freshology program. Be sure to drink one eight ounce glass of water before each meal. Try to limit coffee to one cup if possible. Caffeine and artificial sweeteners can have a negative effect on your insulin levels; therefore, it is best to keep them at a minimum.
Can I order the program for only weekdays?
Absolutely! Our 5-day meal delivery plan options offer the perfect balance and flexibility for those who eat out or travel as part of their lifestyle.
Do you offer the option to continually receive the meals without having to call or place an online order?
Yes, but you must select that as an order option when you place your order. Please inform the customer service representative on the phone when you place your order or make that selection when you place your online order. You have the option for this automated service, which will be renewed and billed to your credit card 3-5 business days prior to the beginning of your program.
How are my meals delivered with the daily Southern California delivery?
You will find a stylish black energy efficient cooler bag every morning at your doorstep by 6 am. It will arrive with a safety seal to ensure the meals have not been tampered with after its delivery.
