1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Winners will be selected in random drawings by Freshology. Winners will be notified by the email submitted in the signup form.
2. Sweepstakes Entry: The Sweepstakes begins on 2/20/12 and ends on 3/26/12. The Promotion Period consists of five separate and distinct Sweepstakes Periods – four Weekly Sweepstakes Periods and one Grand Prize Sweepstakes Period – as set forth in the chart below.

Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have.
3. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"):
Weekly Prizes (1 winner per Weekly Sweepstakes Period – 4 total winners): Freshology will randomly choose a winner to receive a three day trial box of Jillian Michaels Freshology Gold which includes 3 full days of fresh meals delivered, plus free shipping & handing. ARV: $178.85 each. Total ARV of all four Weekly Prizes: $715.40.
Grand Prize (1 winner): The 5th week we will randomly choose 1 Grand Prize winner to receive “The Master Plan”. This prize includes 14 full days of Jillian Michaels Freshology Gold fresh meal delivered plus free shipping and handling, 2 of Jillian Michaels DVD’s, Ripped In 30 and Killer Buns & Thighs, and Jillian Michaels best seller book, Master Your Metabolism. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $856.26.
4. Winner Notification: The potential Weekly and Grand Prize winners will be notified by email. Failure to respond to the initial verification email within 3 business days after transmission to the potential prize winners or return of the email notification as undeliverable after 2 attempts will result in disqualification and award of the prize to an alternate winner.
