What is Jillian Michaels Freshology Gold?

Jillian Michaels Freshology Gold is a nationally distributed fresh meal delivery program designed for weight loss, jump-starting your metabolism and living a healthy lifestyle. Your meals are prepared fresh and delivered twice a week in a temperature controlled box with insulated material to keep meals at the highest standards of safety and quality. Meals are color-coded to allow you to plan your daily menus for maximum health and efficiency. Simply heat and enjoy in the comfort of your own home!

What is the difference between Jillian Michaels Freshology Gold and GetSlim Silver?

Jillian Michaels Freshology Gold provides you with fresh meals that are shipped twice a week via FedEx. GetSlim Silver provides you with flash-frozen meals that are shipped once a week via FedEx.

Can I do just 7 days a week?

Absolutely! Jillian Michaels Freshology Gold is delivered twice a week with your meals for either 5 or 7 days a week.

How does the food stay fresh when you deliver 3 to 4 days at a time?

We use a process called MAP - Modified Atmospheric Packaging. In this process, there is a vacuum pump that removes oxygen from the meal container in order to slow down the oxidation process of your meals. This allows the meals to stay fresher longer.

How are the meals shipped?

All Freshology Gold meals are FRESH and are packaged and sealed in special containers, then placed in a shipping box with insulated material to keep it at the utmost quality and meet the highest standards of safety and quality. Everything is then shipped via FedEx 1 and 2 Day Ground and Express, depending on where you live.

Your meals are shipped out twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays and arrive 1 to 2 days later, depending on where you live. You will receive an email with a direct link to your FedEx tracking information so that you may schedule accordingly for the arrival of your meals.

Can I have them shipped to my office?

We suggest having your shipments sent to your home address.

If you choose to have your package sent to your office, FedEx has the right to deliver your package between 8am-8pm. If your office closes before that time and FedEx delivers your package and you are not there to receive it, Freshology will not be responsible for meals that were not able to be consumed.

Can I have them shipped to a PO Box?

No. FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

What if I'm not home when the box arrives?

FedEx will only make one delivery attempt, and will leave your meals at your doorstep without a signature. In addition, a FedEx delivery record will be conclusive proof of delivery. The meals will be left for you in a sealed weatherproof cooler and will be safe and cool when you arrive home. When you arrive home, please place meals in your refrigerator. If you will not be able to pick up your package at the end of the day of the delivery, since the package is perishable, we strongly advise you to arrange for someone to be available to place your meals in a refrigerator upon delivery. We do recommend you choose a delivery day that will not result in an unattended delivery for an extended period of time.

What if I live in a secured building?

If FedEx is not able to access your building and the driver does not feel that it would be safe to leave your package outside of the building, they will hold the package at your local FedEx facility for pick-up. You are welcome to contact FedEx to ask for a reattempt of your shipment, or to arrange to pick up your package at their facility.

Are you able to accommodate my allergies on this plan? What if I don't like a certain ingredient?

If you have a shellfish allergy, or dislike certain proteins (poultry, red meat, seafood), your Freshology Gold consultant will design and personalize your program to your preferences within our program guidelines. Please be sure to take the opportunity to let us know what your needs are so that we may design a program that best accommodates your needs.

What type of menu will I receive? What do you mean by “Classic” menu?

Jillian Michaels Freshology Gold offers a classic menu that is on a 28 day menu rotation. This means that, over 28 days the meals will not be prepared the same way during the menu rotation (varies based on your individual dislikes and allergies). The menu is similar to your favorite bistro where the meals are classic in taste.

Can I stop shipments? Can I stop individual days? Can I change the address for my shipments?

If you would like to stop a shipment, contact your Freshology Gold Consultant at least 7 calendar days before the day you need to leave. We will suspend your shipments for the dates you provide, to the best of our ability. The extra shipments will then be added to the end of your program. You are also welcome to put your plan on suspension if you do not know when you would like to resume your shipments.

If you would like to have your meals shipped to an alternate address, please contact your Freshology representative at least 3 business days notice prior to your ship date in order for you not to experience a delay in the receipt of your package.

What do I do with all this packaging?

We suggest that your shipping boxes be recycled and your ice water packs be reused or disposed in the trash.

What if I don't want all the meals?

Jillian Michaels Freshology Gold is only available as a full program at this time.

I just want to try the plan. Do you auto-renew my plan?

We do not auto-renew any of our clients, unless they specifically request this service. We will contact you via phone, email, and notes in your bag, 5 to 7 days from the end of your plan to confirm if you would like to renew or end your plan. We will not charge your card without your request.
