Proper nutrition is an essential part of a healthy pregnancy and postnatal life. Nothing is more important than the health of your baby, which is why the entire FreshMommy gourmet menu is designed with nutrient-rich ingredients essential for a growing family. After your new baby's arrival, the FreshMommy menu shifts to help the new mom maintain a strong and healthy nutritional foundation.

Customize

Our FreshMommy diet delivery plan is designed to address the specific nutritional needs of pregnant and nursing mothers. We offer a variety of options for customization on this plan based on your current pre- or postnatal stage. Nursing moms will have meals added to their healthy meal delivery menu to increase their caloric intake for milk production and the health of mom and baby. **Please note, nursing moms with extra meals will have additional daily charges. Your Freshology representative will be able to discuss the options with you to ensure that you are receiving the proper meals and calories each day.

Pause Program

You are welcome to pause and restart your FreshMommy diet delivery program at any time. The customers who enjoy Freshology often lead busy lives, including traveling, vacations, or emergency time commitments. If you need to postpone a delivery, let us know within 3 business days prior to your delivery.

    FreshMommy plan is designed to address the specific nutritional needs of pregnant and nursing mothers. The primary focus of this plan is to provide optimal nutrition for both Mommy and Baby, keep your milk production strong, and assists you in healthy weight loss. We offer options for both pregnant and nursing mommies. We also offer the option of adding a dinner and dessert for your partner so there is no worries of dinner for them.

    FreshMommy is a full program and provides you with all of your meals for the day. The Lifestyle Program offers the same gourmet menu and allows you to order only the meals for the day that you are interested in receiving. We are able to accommodate our mommies on the Lifestyle program but you will need to consult your Freshology Representative in order to customize a program for your lifestyle and nutritional needs.

    As a Mommy, your menus will be specifically designed to ensure that you are not receiving any items that are generally not suggested for pregnant or nursing mommies. Your Freshology representative will be able to go over these specifications with you during the sign-up.

    We are able to accommodate any protein dislikes that you have on the FreshMommy plan. This includes Red Meat, Poultry, Fish, Shellfish and Vegetarian proteins. Please ask your Freshology representative to go over the details.

    If you do not wish to receive desserts, we would be happy to provide you with an extra snack in place of the dessert. Ask your Freshology representative to set this up for you.

    FreshMommy offers a gourmet menu that is on a 60 day rotation where the meals will not be prepared the same way during the menu rotation (varies based on your individual dislikes and allergies). The menu is similar to your favorite 4-star restaurant. The Chefs cook all the meals using creative ingredients and flavor profiles for the gourmet menu.

    You are welcome to stop individual days of meals on your plan, or suspend your plan for an extended period of time. We just require at least 3 business days' notice to make these changes. With the proper notice, these days would then extend out the end of your current plan.

    If you are not able to provide the required 3 business days' notice, we can pull your meals from delivery but they would not extend out to the end of your plan.

    We are not able to stop individual meals, only full days of meals.

    You are welcome to set your schedule as best works for you. Any plan that you choose is that many individual days of meals and delivery does not have to be consecutive. Just let your Freshology representative know what works best for you, or choose your schedule while placing your online order.

    Please note: For optimal weight loss, we do suggest a 7-day a week delivery schedule.

What sets Freshology apart from all other similar programs available?

Freshology provides a balanced, portion controlled fresh and healthy food delivery service that has the best tasting menu on the market. Every meal is created by our 5-Star chefs and we have 28-90 day menu rotations that provide the most variety for the most discerning palates. We do not use preservatives, freeze - dried or dehydrated ingredients in any of our dishes. Customer service is available 6 days a week to provide you with information and support during your program.
How many calories does each meal contain?

Daily calories range from 1150-1400 calories for women and 1700-2000 calories for men.
What is the average weight loss?

You will begin to see results in a few weeks of eating fresh gourmet meals. Although client results may vary, most people lose 1-3 lbs. per week thereafter.
How do I heat the food?

With our Go Green containers, you can heat your meals in the microwave oven. We recommend that you remove the food and place it on a plate before microwaving it. We recommend heating your breakfast (after removing any fruit or sauce containers) for 1-2 minutes, lunch (after removing any sauce containers) for 1-2 minutes and dinner (after removing any sauce containers) for 2-3 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave. If you don't have the time or convenience to do so, then you can remove the seal from the microwavable container and heat for 2-3 minutes.
What if I am allergic to or dislike a particular food?

If you have a shellfish allergy, or dislike certain proteins (poultry, red meat, seafood), your Freshology consultant will design and personalize your program to your preferences. Please be sure to take the opportunity to let us know what your needs are, so that we may design a program that works best for your nutritional needs.
What should I drink?

Water, water, water! You should drink at least eight glasses of water a day even if you are not on a Freshology program. Be sure to drink one eight ounce glass of water before each meal. Try to limit coffee to one cup if possible. Caffeine and artificial sweeteners can have a negative effect on your insulin levels; therefore, it is best to keep them at a minimum.
Can I order the program for only weekdays?

Absolutely! Our 5-day meal delivery plan options offer the perfect balance and flexibility for those who eat out or travel as part of their lifestyle.
Do you offer the option to continually receive the meals without having to call or place an online order?

Yes, but you must select that as an order option when you place your order. Please inform the customer service representative on the phone when you place your order or make that selection when you place your online order. You have the option for this automated service, which will be renewed and billed to your credit card 3-5 business days prior to the beginning of your program.
How are my meals delivered with the daily Southern California delivery?

You will find a stylish black energy efficient cooler bag every morning at your doorstep by 6 am. It will arrive with a safety seal to ensure the meals have not been tampered with after its delivery. A menu with the description of the meals, simple heating instructions and directions if the meal should be served chilled or heated. Any substitutions will be noted on labels placed on the side of your individual meal containers. Ice packs are included to keep the cooler at a regulated temperature until you are able to refrigerate the contents or pick it up on your way out the door. At the end of the day, just leave your empty bag, including ice packs, outside of your door to be picked up when your new fresh delivery arrives.
