FreshMommy Nationwide diet delivery meal program offers a selection of options regarding your ingredient preferences, allergies, and special requests. We incorporate the highly specific nutritional needs of pregnant and nursing mothers into our gourmet Freshology menu.
Your healthy gourmet meals are delivered Fresh to your door twice a week via FedEx. We use state-of-the-art production methods to ensure quality and freshness.
Weight loss should not be a consideration for pre- and postnatal mothers. One of our key goals is to help a new mother reclaim her body and help her return to her original weight and figure as soon as recommended by her doctor.
All of your meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert delivered right to your door FRESH! You will not need to supplement with any additional snacks or produce during the day.
You will receive 3-4 days worth of meals and menus that are COLOR CODED to guide you in organizing your meals to be consumed on the appropriate day along with nutritional information for each of the meals. The meals are low sugar, low carb, and portion controlled prepared without any additives or preservatives. You will also recieve a menu with the description of the meals, simple heating instructions and directions if the meal should be served chilled or heated.
Ice packs are included to keep the cooler at a regulated temperature until you are able to refrigerate the contents or pick it up on your way out the door.
Your meals are packaged in green, recyclable containers that can be heated in the microwave for your convenience whether at home, in the office or on the go. No other delivery program provides this service.

Your meals are prepared fresh and delivered twice a week in a temperature controlled box with insulated material to keep meals at the highest standards of safety and quality. Meals are color-coded to allow you to plan your daily menus for maximum health and efficiency. Simply heat and enjoy in the comfort of your own home!
How does the food stay fresh when you deliver 3 to 4 days at a time?
We use a process called MAP - Modified Atmospheric Packaging. In this process, there is a vacuum pump that removes oxygen from the meal container in order to slow down the oxidation process of your meals. This allows the meals to stay fresher longer.
All FreshMommy Nationwide meals are FRESH and are packaged and sealed in special containers, then placed in a shipping box with insulated material to keep it at the utmost quality and meet the highest standards of safety and quality. Everything is then shipped via FedEx 1 and 2 Day Ground and Express, depending on where you live.
Are you able to accommodate my allergies on this plan? What if I don't like a certain ingredient?
As a FreshMommy, your menus will be specifically designed to ensure that you are not receiving any items that are not suggested for pregnant or nursing mommies. Your Freshology representative will be able to go over these specifications with you during the sign-up.
If you have a shellfish allergy, or dislike certain proteins (poultry, red meat, seafood), your FreshMommy Nationwide consultant will design and personalize your program to your preferences within our program guidelines. Please be sure to take the opportunity to let us know what your needs are so that we may design a program that best accommodates your needs.
What type of menu will I receive? What do you mean by “Classic” menu?
FreshMommy Nationwide offers a classic menu that is on a 28 day menu rotation. This means that, over 28 days the meals will not be prepared the same way during the menu rotation (varies based on your individual dislikes and allergy). The menu is similar to your favorite bistro where the meals are classic in taste.
Can I stop shipments? Can I stop individual days? Can I change the address for my shipments?
If you would like to stop a shipment, contact your FreshMommy Nationwide Consultant at least 7 calendar days before the day you need to leave. We will suspend your shipments for the dates you provide, to the best of our ability. The extra shipments will then be added to the end of your program. You are also welcome to put your plan on suspension if you do not know when you would like to resume your shipments.
If you would like to have your meals shipped to an alternate address, please contact your Freshology representative at least 3 business days notice prior to your ship date in order for you not to experience a delay in the receipt of your package.
We do not auto-renew any of our clients, unless they specifically request this service. We will contact you via phone, email, and notes in your bag, 5 to 7 days from the end of your plan to confirm if you would like to renew or end your plan. We will not charge your card without your request.

How many calories does each meal contain?
Daily calories range from 1150-1400 calories for women and 1600-2000 calories for men.
What is the average weight loss?
You will begin to see results in a few weeks of eating fresh gourmet meals. Although client results may vary, most people lose 1-3 lbs. per week thereafter.
How do I heat the food?
With our Go Green containers, you can heat your meals in the microwave oven. On our GetSlim Gold Program we recommend that you remove the food and place it on a plate before microwaving it. We recommend heating your breakfast (after removing any fruit or sauce containers) for 1-2 minutes, lunch (after removing any sauce containers) for 1-2 minutes and dinner (after removing any sauce containers) for 2-3 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave. If you don't have the time or convenience to do so, then you can remove the seal from the microwavable container and heat for 2-3 minutes. With GetSlim Silver, each meal has individual heating instructions for you to follow. Please make sure to follow the directions, depending on the power of your microwave.
What if I am allergic to or dislike a particular food?

What should I drink?
Water, water, water! You should drink at least eight glasses of water a day even if you are not on a Freshology program. Be sure to drink one eight ounce glass of water before each meal. Try to limit coffee to one cup if possible. Caffeine and artificial sweeteners can have a negative effect on your insulin levels; therefore, it is best to keep them at a minimum.
Can I order the program for only weekdays?
Absolutely! Our 5-day meal delivery plan options offer the perfect balance and flexibility for those who eat out or travel as part of their lifestyle.
Do you offer the option to continually receive the meals without having to call or place an online order?
Yes, but you must select that as an order option when you place your order. Please inform the customer service representative on the phone when you place your order or make that selection when you place your online order. You have the option for this automated service, which will be renewed and billed to your credit card 3-5 business days prior to the beginning of your program.
