This program provides all of the nutritional dietary requirements recommended by doctors for pregnant women and nursing mothers. Fresh Mommy takes all the guess work out of eating properly during and after childbirth. We do all the work so mom can relax and enjoy this special time in her life.

WHAT'S IN YOUR BAG?

All of your meals including breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and dessert depending on the program you choose. You will not need to supplement with any additional snacks or produce during the day.

A menu with the description of the meals, simple heating instructions and directions if the meal should be served chilled or heated. Any substitutions will be noted on labels placed on the side of your individual meal containers.

Ice packs are included to keep the cooler at a regulated temperature until you are able to refrigerate the contents or pick it up on your way out the door.

Your meals are packaged in green, recyclable containers that can be heated in the microwave for your convenience whether at home, in the office or on the go. No other delivery program provides this service.

At the end of the day, just leave your empty bag, including ice packs, outside of your door to be picked up when your new fresh delivery arrives.
