If you're looking for healthy meals that will deliver the nutrition you need without any hassle, consider the Fresh Lite diet program. At Freshology, we offer a number of flexible gourmet plans if you want a fresh diet. Los Angeles clients can choose among a myriad of plans, including our Fresh Lite and Fresh Dining plans which offer daily delivery of healthy meals. While most programs restrict what you can eat, our chefs prepare a large selection of healthy meals like whole wheat pancakes for breakfast and roasted chicken for dinner, and you won't get a lot of repeats.
Experience the Healthy Meals in the Fresh Lite Program
You can tailor the Fresh Lite program to your particular goals, signing up for 20, 28 or 90 days of delivery. If you're going to be on vacation, we'll put your delivery on hold and resume it when you return. With the variety of healthy meals we include in our plans, Los Angeles residents who use our service don't find themselves eating bland fish and chicken every day. Our Fresh Lite program features a 90-day menu rotation, so you'll get a range of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and desserts. You'll be looking forward to getting your favorites again!
