A: Freshology provides gourmet calorie-controlled meals made with the finest ingredients cooked fresh and delivered to your door daily.   All our programs are healthy calorie and carb- controlled meals that rely on lean proteins, fresh fruits, vegetables, good fats and low glycemic carbs.  Freshology is not just a diet; it is a complete dining experience. Whether you are looking to achieve weight loss or maintain good health, FRESHOLOGY has all the tools to help you reach your goals effortlessly! 
We also offer a Premium Upgrade Program that features All-Natural and Sustainable products, which uses only the purest proteins and produce free of any hormones, antibiotics or pesticides.


Q: How does it work?   - Back to Top 

A: As a Freshology client, you will receive all of your freshly prepared meals at your home or chosen location before 6 a.m. daily. Your meals are packaged in fully biodegradable containers that can be heated in both the oven and microwave. Leave your empty coolers at your doorstep to be picked up by 6am.

A: Freshology provides a balanced, portion controlled fresh and healthy food delivery service that has the best tasting menu on the market. Every meal is created by our 5-Star chefs and we have 60-day menu rotations that provide the most variety for the most discerning palates. It is not diet food- it is real food- the type of food you should be eating every day. It teaches you a healthier way to eat as a lifestyle vs. a short term "diet". We use only the leanest proteins, freshest produce available on the market and the highest quality ingredients for all of our meals. We do not use preservatives, freeze- dried or dehydrated ingredients in any of our dishes. Customer service is available 6 days a week to provide you with information and support during your program.


Q: What results can I expect from Freshology?   - Back to Top 

A: Your results will depend on which program you choose and the amount of commitment you decide to put into it. Remember, you will have the benefit of your personal Freshology consultant to help you along the way in order to reach and maintain your goals.


Q: What is the average weight loss?   - Back to Top 

A: Daily calories range from 1200-1400 calories for women and 1800-2000 calories for men. You will begin to see results in a few weeks of eating fresh gourmet meals. Although client results may vary, most people lose 1-3 lbs. per week thereafter.


Q: Can I order the program for only weekdays?   - Back to Top 

A: Absolutely! You may choose the days of the week that you would like to receive the program.


Q: What can I do to get the most effective results on the Freshology Program? - Back to Top 

A: In order to get the best results, we advise you not to add any extra meals or snacks on top of what you are already consuming with our program. Drink 8 glasses of water a day and avoid drinking more than 1 caffeinated beverage, along with sodas, juices, alcohol or sugar-filled drinks. We also advise, upon your physician's approval, to incorporate physical activity and exercise at least 3 days per week.

Q: How long before I see any results? - Back to Top 

A: Within the first 5 days, your body will adjust to the portions and begin to alter your cravings thereafter. Some of our clients lost between 2-5 lbs in their first week by strictly sticking to any of the Freshology weight loss programs. You should start to feel your clothing fitting a little looser within 2 weeks of the program.


Q: What if I have no weight to lose? - Back to Top 

A: If you have no weight to lose, we encourage you to stay with the program. It represents a balanced diet with many benefits to overall health, including increased energy, the promotion of lean muscle mass and better mental clarity, to name a few. If you choose, Freshology can easily add an additional snack or protein to your daily program to help maintain your weight.


Q: Will I gain back the weight once the program is complete? - Back to Top 

A: At Freshology, what you feed your body is a way of life. Eating healthy leads to a happy and healthy emotional and physical well-being. Once you try the Freshology program, you will have the knowledge to eat properly, understand portions and maintain your weight loss with the right commitment.


Q: Should I speak to my doctor? - Back to Top 

A: Yes. Speak to your doctor and find out which diet plan works best for you. You can then work with your Freshology consultant to personalize your program.


Q: What if I have diabetes? - Back to Top 

A: This program is safe and very beneficial for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. By sticking to the program, you can greatly reduce your insulin dosage and lead a healthier life.


Q: What if I have high cholesterol? - Back to Top 

A: High cholesterol is a result of eating foods high in cholesterol. Freshology offers an alternative to foods high in saturated fats. Freshology also offers only lean proteins.


Q: Should I eat all three meals and two snacks even if I am not hungry? - Back to Top 

A: You should most definitely eat all meals and snacks. Healthy eating is all about hormonal responses to food. The balance will shift if you do not eat everything that's provided in your program. At Freshology we calculate your daily nutritional requirements, so that you don't have to. All we ask is for you to eat and enjoy!


Q: What should I drink? - Back to Top 

A: Water, water, water! You should drink at least eight glasses of water a day even if you are not on a Freshology program. Be sure to drink one eight ounce glass of water before each meal. Try to limit coffee to one cup if possible. Caffeine and artificial sweeteners can have a negative effect on your insulin levels; therefore, it is best to keep them at a minimum.


Q: Can I drink alcohol? - Back to Top 

A: You can have alcohol but remember to drink in moderation. For example, you can replace one snack with a glass of wine. In addition, combine it with some protein such as low-fat cheese. Remember that alcohol is high in sugar content, which increases insulin levels. This in turn can sabotage your weight loss.


Q: What if I go on vacation and need to take time off? - Back to Top 

A: Contact your Freshology Consultant 3 business days before the day you need to leave. We will suspend your deliveries for the dates you provide. The extra days will then be added to the end date of your program. For example, if you need to take the weekend off, please call before 4pm on Wednesday. You can then return to your Freshology program at any time.


Q: Do you offer an organic program? - Back to Top 

A: Fresh Dining's Premium Upgrade Combines the finest selection of one or more of the following designations: Organic, All-Natural, "Never-Never", Wild or Line Caught. All ingredients are selected by our chef based on market availability. Our ingredients are stored securely both before and after preparation. (Some ingredients used in the preparation of our meals do not fall into one or more of these designations which can be certain spices and condiments.)


Q: What if I am allergic to or dislike a particular food? - Back to Top 

A: If you have any food allergies, or dislike certain foods, your Freshology consultant will design and personalize your program to your preferences. Please be sure to take the opportunity to let us know what your needs are, so that we may design a program specifically for you.


Q: Should I eat a snack before working out? - Back to Top 

A: Most definitely! Eating a snack 30 to 45 minutes before your workout will ensure that you are balancing the hormonal benefits in your body, which in turn burns body fat.


Q: Should I take supplements? - Back to Top 

A: Freshology meals promote the proper amount of vitamins and minerals. However, we do recommend Omega-3 Fish Oil as a wonderful source of health-promoting omega- 3 fatty acids. Always be sure to consult your physician if you have any further questions.


Q: What do I do with the empty bag and gel packs? - Back to Top 

A: Just leave your empty bag, including gel packs, outside your door. If you should forget, just leave both bags out the following evening. Unreturned bags will result in a $25.00 service charge at the end of your program. Bags are tracked on an on-going basis.


Q: How do I heat the food? - Back to Top 

A: With the new natural plant fiber biodegradable containers, you can heat your meals in the oven at 350?F. In order to heat in the microwave, we recommend that you remove the food and place it on a plate before microwaving it for 2-3 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave. If you don't have the time or convenience to do so, then you can remove the lid from the microwavable container and heat for 2-3 minutes.


Q: Do you have a cancellation policy? - Back to Top 

A: We require 3 business days' notice prior to cancellation; you will be completely refunded for any unused portion of your program. Please keep in mind that your daily rate may pro-rated if you received a promotional daily rate. Your Freshology consultant will remind you towards the end of your program so that you have the choice to renew your program or take time off and resume at a later date.
