Karl Hingel comes to FreshDining with a demonstrated ability employ his holistic approach to sustainable enterprise development to build highly motivated management teams focused on achieving common company goals within diverse cultures that support and balance brand and business objectives while elevating corporate identity, brand integrity and shareholder value.

With 15 years of consumer products experience Hingel has served in various senior level executive positions as well as corporate officer.

As the Director of Global Development at Oakley, Inc. (NYSE “00”) Hingel’s focus centered on the strategic development and optimization of Oakley’s international distribution and licensee relationships as well as vertical integration of those contracted territories into wholly owned subsidiaries. He led key international initiatives that drove company evolution from a $90M privately held and domestically-focused company to a publicly held $500M global brand. Developed International business from 10% of total revenue, with subsidiary sales of 20%, to 54% of total revenue with 80% of those sales derived at the increased margin level of subsidiary consolidation. Then as Vice President of International of Spy Optic, Inc. (NASDAQ “0RNG”) Hingel Led the complete international business unit at Spy’s US-based Global Headquarters as well as Spy’s European Headquarters in Varese, Italy. Principal focus at Spy necessitated the evaluation of the cause(s) and institution of solutions for the recovery and sustainable growth of Spy’s international business. This, while assisting in the preparation for the Company to enter the public markets.

Hingel is known for his holistic and balanced approach to solving problems and capitalizing on opportunities. He brings vast collaborative experience in leveraging both internal and external corporate, tax and legal resources to establish proper thresholds of risk and opportunity within various domestic and international jurisdictions. He provides a contextual breadth of consideration and understanding that promotes unity of purpose, process ownership, productivity, and accountability to ultimately propel corporate growth objectives forward.

freshdining™ has retained the advisory services of Karl Hingel (Hingel Ventures, Inc.) for the purpose of assembling, examining, evaluating and documenting the fresh business processes and procedures. The resulting document, the freshdining™| operational manual, shall serve to blueprint its existing functional areas and brand development and will provide the baseline for scalability improvements as well as the cursory model for strategic replication, in whole or in part, by fresh and/or its authorized partners.

Throughout this engagement Karl Hingel shall also serve the CEO, Todd DeMann, as a strategic business and brand development advisor.

FRESHFACT: Dietary fiber is mainly needed to keep the digestive system healthy. It also contributes to other processes, such as stabilizing glucose and cholesterol levels.
